Booking Conditions

  • There is a two-person minimum on all tours. We need at least two passengers to make a reservation. Solo travelers are always welcome.
  • There is a maximum of 11 people on all tours. If there are more than 11 in your party, please contact us before booking.
  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
  • A confirmation of your tour will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your booking.
  • There will be no sales tax charged on top of the tour price. You will be charged the tour price times the number of people in your party, plus a booking fee.

If you are arriving by cruise ship, you will be picked up 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time in front of the Ketchikan Visitors Bureau, a cedar-planked, green-roofed building centrally located on the cruise ship dock. Further details will be sent with your invoice/receipt ticket.

By purchasing our product, you are agreeing to our terms of service. All tour times are estimated, and routes are subject to weather and circumstance. Our service agreement is void of any and all guarantees. Any violation of these conditions will excuse us from all service agreements and is conduct copyright infringement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 14 days prior to your tour date are fully refundable, less a $25.00 processing or tour-change fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice, or no shows, are non-refundable. Should Alaska Seaplane Tours need to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, your trip will be refunded in full.
